Write to us with your dates and the apartment you have in mind, and we will confirm availability, answer any questions about the property or the area, and help with transfers, boat trips or restaurant recommendations. Our team speaks English, Russian and Serbian and is happy to meet you at the villa at any time of day.

House rules in short
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM. Cash payments only, with a refundable damage deposit of 200 EUR collected on arrival and returned on check-out. Children of all ages are welcome, cribs are free on request for children up to 2 years, and children aged 6 and above are charged as adults. Smoking indoors, pets and parties are not allowed, and quiet hours run from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests under 18 can check in only with a parent or official guardian, and a photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
