What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Private check-in and check-out is arranged, so please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are asked to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
How many guests can stay at Boka di Mare?
The Two-Bedroom Apartment sleeps up to 6 guests, the One-Bedroom Apartment up to 4 guests and the Apartment with Terrace up to 3 guests. The whole villa, with all three apartments, can be booked for larger groups.
Is the property really on the beach?
Yes. The villa stands on the first line by the sea, about 50 metres from the water, with direct beachfront access and Belane Beach a few steps away.
Is parking available?
Free private parking is available on site by reservation, along with an electric vehicle charging station. There is also a garage that can be used for motorcycles by arrangement.
Do the apartments have a balcony or terrace?
Every apartment has its own outdoor space with a balcony, terrace or patio, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, all facing the sea.
Is breakfast served? Is there a restaurant, pool or spa?
The property does not have a restaurant, swimming pool or spa, and breakfast is not served. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a mini market is around the corner and several restaurants are within a five minute walk.
What is the WiFi policy?
WiFi is available in all areas of the property and is completely free of charge.
How far is the property from the centre of Tivat?
The centre of Tivat and Porto Montenegro are a 7 to 12 minute walk along the seafront, and Tivat bus station is also within walking distance.
Is Boka di Mare suitable for families?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome, family rooms are available and a crib can be provided on request free of charge for children up to 2 years. Children aged 6 and above are charged as adults. There are no extra beds available.
What are the payment and deposit conditions?
The property accepts cash payments only. A refundable damage deposit of 200 EUR is collected in cash on arrival and returned in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment.
Are pets or parties allowed?
Pets are not allowed and parties or events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Is there an airport shuttle?
There is no scheduled shuttle, but the hosts are always glad to help arrange a transfer from Tivat, Dubrovnik or Podgorica airport. Tivat Airport is only 2.5 km away.
