The villa and the beachfront
Boka di Mare is a detached villa on the first line by the sea, roughly 50 metres from the water, with a lush garden, a spacious terrace and direct beachfront access. Each of the three apartments occupies its own floor and has a private entrance, a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, and views over the sea, the garden, the mountains, the city and the surrounding landmarks. The property is entirely smoke-free, with a designated smoking area outdoors, and family rooms and hypoallergenic rooms are available.
Kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
Every apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, cleaning products, a washing machine and a dining table. Private bathrooms come with a bath or shower, free toiletries, towels, slippers, a hairdryer and toilet paper. Living areas include a sofa, seating and dining areas, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and heating, soundproofing, tile and marble floors, linens, a wardrobe, iron and ironing facilities, a drying rack and a socket near the bed.
Parking, internet and services
Free private parking is available on site by reservation, together with an electric vehicle charging station. WiFi is available in all areas free of charge. Guests enjoy private check-in and check-out, express check-in and check-out, baggage storage and room service, and the hosts are happy to help with airport transfers and local transportation. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in every apartment.
Activities nearby
The beach in front of the villa is the natural starting point of the day. Guests also enjoy walking tours, hiking in the hills above the bay, snorkelling in the clear waters of Boka Bay and fishing trips arranged locally; some activities take place off-site or carry an additional charge. Boat excursions along the Adriatic coast depart from the nearby Porto Montenegro marina.
Safety and languages
The property is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, key access and CCTV outside the property and in common areas. Our team speaks English, Russian and Serbian, and is glad to meet and settle you in at any time of day.
